Who we are
Our Commission addresses transnational aspects of insolvency/bankruptcy, including differences and similarities between the various jurisdictions around the world.
In cooperation with other AIJA Commissions and external partners, we explore other areas of law such as corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and civil litigation. Our membership includes experienced legal practitioners but also those wishing to develop in this field and discuss practical aspects such as the rescheduling, reorganisation, reconstruction legislations and their transnational aspects.
