Who we are
Our Commission deals with a broad range of topics in the fields of technology, intellectual property, telecoms, privacy and media.
We regularly organise seminars and working sessions during AIJA Half-Year Conferences and Annual Congresses, alone or in collaboration with other AIJA commissions. We aim to be an open and dynamic forum where members are encouraged to engage actively in the Commission and, in particular, the organisation of seminars and working sessions.
We encourage collaborations with other AIJA Commissions and other associations such as the International Bar Association, INTA and ITechLaw.
The Commission always welcomes new projects from members who are keen to participate. As a member of our Commission your officers will keep you informed of all current and future projects and you will have easy access to specialist lawyers across the world.
