AIJA updates following Executive Committee meeting in Mexico City

We are delighted to announce that the Public Procurement Law Interest Group is now officially a Commission. This important change was acknowledged during the AIJA Half-Year May Conference 2024 in Mexico City, following the formal approval by the Executive Committee.

We are also pleased to introduce the newly appointed officers of the Public Procurement Law Commission:

  • Christopher Wolters - President of Public Procurement Law Commission
  • Lore Derdeyn - Vice-President of Public Procurement Law Commission
  • Gabriella Fossum Gunnarsson - Vice-President of Public Procurement Law Commission

Congratulations to the new officers, and we look forward to the positive impact and advancements this Commission will bring to the field.

Together with that, the Executive Committee meeting also approved the change of name of the previously called 'Transport Law' Commission into 'Transport and Logistics Law' Commission
